What are cookies?
Cookies are small files placed on your computer to allow your browser to pass information to a Web site.
Why does the HCANAMembers site require cookies?
Each time you request a Web page, your browser needs to let the Web application know who you are so that it can read and write your information to the database.
How do I enable cookies in Internet Explorer?
1. Display Internet Options by clicking Tools | Internet Options. In IE 7, the Tools menu is on the far right of the lowest toolbar.
2. Click Privacy.
3. Drag the indicator to Medium High or a lower setting.
4. Click OK.
How do I enable cookies in Firefox?
1. Click Tools | Options.
2. Click Privacy.
3. Check Accept cookies from sites.
4. Click OK
What if I have another browser, like AT & T Yahoo?
1. Some browsers, like AT&T Yahoo, are built on Internet Explorer. Try using the steps for Internet Explorer.
